WEDDINGS AND OTHER CELEBRATIONS AT ANTUMALAL

OPTION 1: DAY CELEBRATION ONLY
- Civil ceremony on stone terrace of main building of Hotel Antumalal with lunch served in Restaurant Parque Antumalal. You can also choose a Cocktail or a Chilena BBQ. Ask for further details.
- Maximum capacity 78 people. Time schedule 12:30 to 17:30 hours.
OPTION 2: DAY EVENT PLUS PARTY & DJ
- Location for event: Hotel, Restaurant, Terraces, Lingue and Cascada salons
- Maximum capacity is 80 people. To accommodate 150 people in the restaurant there is an extra cost for a marquee to close the terrace sector.
- For weddings we offer different menus for lunch or dinner.
- Given that the Antumalal is a small hotel we require you reserve a minimum of rooms according to the number of guests:
- Up to 80 people – a minimum of 12 rooms for one night
- More than 80 people – a minimum of 12 rooms for two nights
- As a special attention we will offer a 15% discount on the published room costs.
- Our wedding gift to you will be a free nights’ accommodation which you can opt to use during the wedding celebrations or at any other time between April and October.
FLOWERS & DECORATIONS
- The extensive gardens of the Antumalal are available to you to choose flowers for your day. We are also happy to do this for you. The cost of creating the table decorations starts at $ 5.000 depending on the style and the flowers chosen. Large flower decorations in the common areas are included in the cost of the location.
- Our DJ has a wide range of music so we suggest that you work together with him to create playlists according to your needs. Contact us for rates which include amplification, sound equipment and DJ.
- Album with 100 prints plus a CD with 100 photographs.
- Hotel Antumalal offers the option of an Open Bar which includes:
- Whisky, Gin, Vodka, Rum, Pisco, Soft drinks and Juices. If you choose to provide your own wine and champagne corkage will be charged.
- The Antumalal is renowned for its pastries, cakes and desserts. Our wedding cake flavor suggestions are: Chocolate, Toffee & Nut, Victoria Sponge, Marzipan, Thousand Sheets (Mil Hojas) or Pumpkin & Almond. We recommend that you choose three flavours.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
- A 30% deposit of the total value is necessary to confirm the reservation. 70% will then be paid 60 days before the date of the event.
- Bedrooms must be paid via bank transfer or credit card 60 days before the date of the event. You commit to covering the total cost in case of payment issues with guests.
- The final number of guests is required 60 days before the event and this will be the minimum number for which the invoice will be written. Within this period we cannot accept changes to guest numbers.
- The deposits paid as detailed in the previous paragraph are non refundable in case of cancellation, which must be informed in writing.
- If you cancel or change the date of your event, the deposit paid can only be used for future gastronomy events at the Antumalal.
- All damages will be paid directly to the hotel.
